Employment Restriction and the Protection of Business Secrets

In the knowledge-based economy period,information is wealth.The former companies have to take the busi-ness loss because of the economy information transferring that brought by employers' job-hopping.Besides,law of labor con-tract reduces the cost of job-hopping in another way.The successful examples of west companies tell that Chinese companies should use the employment restriction clauses properly to protect their business secrets and keep a fairly-competed order in the market.
