Competition Policy and Development Environment of Enterprise

WU Han-hong,ZHANG Jian(School of Economics,Renmin University of China,Beijing 100872,China)
The Chinese competition policies, which act as the rules for the Chinese enterprises to observe in the market competition, should play a significant role in establishing and maintaining normal market competition order, protecting and encouraging fair competition effectively. The development of any enterprise depends on its external environment, which is concerned with many fields and many correlative and unstable factors. The competition policies that the government makes should work as "the rules of game" for enterprises to observe when they compete against each other in the market. The government should try its best to be a good judge in the arena. It should exercise the assigned functions and should not extend its functions beyond its scope and limit.
