Empirical Study on the Behavior and the Impact of Local Residents in the Chu Jinan Old City Site

The Chu Jinan old city site is displace in Eastern Zhou period.Empirical research results show that behavior of local residents in Chu Jinan old city site has three characteristics such as resentment on the site protection policies,weak awareness and knowledge of heritage protection and lower degree participating of protection in the site.The legacy of the management system,policy restrictions of the site protection,multiple game of the main interest are the main factors affecting the behavior of the residents.The establishment of the Chu Jinan old city site protection zone,subsidy on the protective behaviors of the local residents and punishing on the acts of sabotage of the local residents are the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
