The polices and measures to promote the development of little enterprises in foreign countries

The foreign governments have paid much attention to the development of the small enterprises,taking effective measures,establishing special in stitutions to administrate them.laws and policies have been made to promote them with financial support,scientific development,technical innovation,and information and employee training services.
