Syntheses of Spherical Molecularly Imprinted Polymers and Their Molecular Recognition for Sulfadiazine

Taking sulfadiazine as template molecular,spherical molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) were prepared according to molecularly imprinted technology.By Scatchard mode,the dissociation constant of MIP at binding site is 8.6 μmol/L,and the max binding capacity of MIP is 185.7 μmol/g.Binding isotherm equation tallies with Longmuir equation,and the selective binding ability of MIP decreases with the increase of the polarity in solution,which indicate that non covalent bond plays a great role in molecular recognition.
