A Mechanical Reciprocating Feeding Device Design for Powder Drug Transmission

In the production of drugs, the drug is transferred between different devices, in which the powder is easy to accumulate in the pipeline when the powder is transferred, resulting in poor transportation. This paper exposes a mechanical reciprocating feeding device, including the dust hopper and boxes, powder boxes and boxes connected between the transfer line, the transmission tube sliding connection shaft, one end of the shaft away from the dust hopper is equipped with push rod; The transmission tube is separated from the end of the powder box with a sealing cover. The sealing cover is provided with a hole and a limit hole, and the hole is connected with the limit hole, and the width of the hole is less than the width of the limit hole. The push rod passes through the through-hole and collecting box, and the limit block with the limit hole is arranged on the push rod. This solution mainly solves the problem that the powder drug is attached to the inner wall of the pipe when it is transmitted in the pipeline.
