The Optimized Design of Circulatory System Based on EES Software

At present,the energy mainly depends on oil,coal,natural gas and other non-renewable resources.Researchers from all works are not only finding new energy but also increasing the research on energy saving technology to improve energy efficiency.Specific to the shipping industry,because the fuel utilization rate is not more than 50%,some are less than 30%,causing a lot of waste in energy.In order to improve the total energy utilization rate,depending on the heat source from waste heat in flue gas and Kalina cycle,we designed the Karina circulatory power system used for recovery of waste heat from ship flue gas.Based on the system,optimization design was done to improve the utilization rate of waste heat recovery.The Kalina power cycle system is coupled with the distillation system to form a new one step distillation Kalina power cycle system.
