We have studied the processing technology of ascuumed soft -shelled turtle. It's main components is selected of fine soft - shelled turtle,assisted with valuable accessories,such as amomum uillosum lour, cloves, chinese -date, honey et al. . This production have special flavor and high nutritional value.
