Research progress in air drag of polymer spunbonding process and performance of hydroentangling jets

The research progress in air drag mechanism of spunbonding process and the performance of fiber-web fluidics in hydroentangling process was described. The mathematical modeling of air drag of polymer spunbonding process and the effects of nozzle orifice on the performance of hydroentangling jets and the reinforcement of hydroentangling fiber-web fluidics on the quality of hydroentangled fabrics were analyzed and evaluated, which was the research development trend of spunbonding technology for non-woven fabrics.
