A Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment on Managerial Human Resource Value

Human resource is the core resource to develop the productive forces. It is the most important factor of production and one of the questions focused on. The value of human resource is the key principle to judge the capacity of competition of a company. This paper points out the defects of the traditional models and constructs a multifactor and multilayer fuzzy comprehensive judgment model on calculation of managerial human resource value.
