Simulation of shells providing system of ship-gun based on ADAMS

A 3D parametric model of shells providing system was established based on PRO/E.The parametric model was converted to ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems),and then the virtual prototype was built in ADAMS.The characteristic curves of meshing force of each level transmission part were obtained by dynamic simulation of the virtual prototype.The result shows that in the simulation study on complicated mechanism,the simulating model,which can solve the puzzle about mechanism kinematics and dynamics in complicated mechanism,may be built conveniently,shortly,and accurately by combining 3D body model of the Pro/E with powerful simulating function of ADAMS.
