Vibration characteristics of wobble engine with vibration isolation system

Vibration caused by the wobble engine is the primary source of noise of the underwater vehicle.The vibration reduction design of the wobble engine and the dynamic characteristics analysis with vibration isolation device become central issue in the research.The virtual prototype technology was adopted to establish the model of the wobble engine with isolation device.Through the simulation of the engine structure and the working process,the movements of the main parts of the engine were analyzed.By changing the structural parameters,such as the inclined angle of the wobble plate,the forces and the moving characteristics of the parts were obtained.Furthermore,the vibration transmission laws were revealed by changing the vibration isolation parameters,such as the stiffness of the supporting springs.The results obtained may be used to reduce the vibration and raise the mechanical efficiency of the wobble engine.
