Cracked slopes induced by an earthquake are potential disasters which widely distribute in the earthquake stricken area. The stability of these slopes subjected to rain infiltration will change greatly. In this paper, the variation of safety coefficient of homogeneous soil slopes with rainfall is calculated by ABAQUS for different crack positions, different crack depths and irrigations. The results reveal the law of deformation and stability of cracked slopes induced by earthquakes in rainfall conditions, providing a theoretical reference for evaluation and engineering protection of such cracked slopes.
