New method of corner-tube stream boiler hydraulic calculations

Natural gas corner-tube stream boiler,has a complicated pipeline network,traditional graphic method can no longer precisely or efficiently work out hydraulic system because of graphic method's weaknesses. So a hydraulic calculation method based on graph theory is presented. First,singular node matrix and loop matrix are derived according to a directed graph consists of nodes and segments from the boiler hydraulic system. Second,continuity equations and energy equations are established by certain means. At last,these equations are solved by MATLAB. The new method is applied to work out the hydraulic system of a 130 t/h corner-tube stream boiler. The result shows that the new method works precisely and efficiently and brings much convenience.
