Vehicle headlamp vibration performance analysis based on Nastran

Through analyzing the structure of a headlamp,its meshing and methods of establishing finite element model are discussed. Using MSC Nastran software,modal and dynamic performance finite element models of headlamp are established using multi-point constraints connection element method,and are solved respectively.Through the analysis of the natural frequency and the dynamic response of the acceleration,it was found that the first frequency of the whole structure was much higher than the maximum excitation frequency and resonance phenomenon should not occur. In the impact load,the maximum stress of all parts of the product is much smaller than the strength limit of the material,and the structure strength is completely satisfied.
