Comprehensive evaluation model for cabin environment of the cruise ship

A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for cabin environment in the ship was proposed by way of fuzzy mathematics theory, in which thermal environment, air quality and noise environment was considered. The evaluation results for cabin environment of the cruise ship with typical environmental parameter was obtained and analyzed by a comprehensive method, in which the layered evaluation method, the method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighing method were applied to obtain the evaluation level and the weight coefficient, and membership analysis based on Gaussian function was carried out. The results based on the actual data of cruise ship show that the cabin environmental quality grade can be obtained from the comprehensive evaluation score which is developed by the evaluation method in this paper. The feasibility of the evaluation method for cabin environment is further proved.
