Optimization of supporting back mechanism of multifunctional nursing bed based on ADAMS

Multifunctional nursing bed is an important tool to solve the nursing problem of the elderly population in the process of aging. The supporting back mechanism is a major body of the multifunctional nursing bed. In order to optimize the function of the supporting back mechanism and improve the quality of rehabilitation, the kinematic relationship of the supporting back mechanism has been studied, and the virtual prototype of the supporting back mechanism is established by using the design variables instead of the coordinates' value based on ADAMS. The influence of related design variables on the angle acceleration of the back plate is studied by virtual prototyping. The sensitivity of related design variables to the angle acceleration of the back plate is obtained, and the more sensitive design variables are optimized and their best values are determined. The value of the angular acceleration is reduced, the angular acceleration curve is smoother, the mechanism runs more smoothly, and finally the supporting back mechanism is optimized.
