Design of SPL_PL90_3 LD drivers

As a new application in the field of computer vision, the use of lasers to add active feature points to image acquisition simplifies the process of digital image processing. At the same time, the quality of laser directly affects the accuracy of feature extraction and the application range of vision technology. In this paper, the factors affecting the discharge quality of pulsed laser drive circuits are analyzed based on the model of semiconductor laser drive, and the determination of key component parameters in drive circuits is deduced theoretically, then the design of temperature control based on micro controller is put forward for laser devices. Finally, a experimentation with SPL_-PL90_-3 semiconductor laser was implemented in order to verify the theoretical analysis, which provides a reference for driving high-power and narrow-pulse semiconductor laser component.
