In this work, we report on PEDOT:PSS/Silicon hybrid solar cells based on different silicon nano structure and PEDOT:PSS, and study the effect of effective contact between PEDOT:PSS and n-Silicon on the performance of hybrid solar cells. The current density-voltage(J-V) and SEM results show that J_(sc) and FF of the hybrid solar cells will be improved with the increased effective contact between PEDOT:PSS and n-Silicon.
