DISCUSSION ON THE LARGE HORIZONTAL DISPLACEMENT OF THE TANLU FRACTURE ZONE

A host of geological facts demonstrate that Tanlu fractare zone underwent a horizontal Jurassic compression and a strong Cretaceous extension in the period of Masozoic, and a strong horizontal compression during cenozoic period From the according to the analysis in paleostructure and paleogeography, it is also known that the Tanlu fracture didn′t cause the evident offset of Archean, Proterozoic and Paleozoic eratherm. They deposited in situ under the control of paleostrncture and paleograph, their Present pattern did not result from "the Large horizontal displacement" of the Tanlu fracture. The tanlu fracture formed in the period from late Archaan to early Proterozoic, then underwent the long-time development, that is, geosynclinal, Platform and Diwa stages. There are different features of activity in ditferent stages, but differetial elevation subsidence horizontal compression and extension are the main featares. No has been observed evidence of the large horizontal displacement.
