Economic model study for electric power system with energy storage

WANG Heng-shan (College of Management, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai 200093, China)  
Using energy storage system is an efficient method to integrate the producers and users into a unity for a power system. Based on the energy balance of power system, the mathematical model of energy storage, economic model of power system with energy storage, and the cost function of power system are introduced.
