Design of a Three-Span Portal Frame and Researches of Key Technologies

Based on the project of the steel structure plant of Henan Shangpin food Co.LTD,with the annual production capacity of 50 000 t of meat,this paper analyzed the light-weight steel structure with three-span portal frame,and mainly discussed the disposing method of the large suspended load and the connections of column feet.The researches were carried out using the minimum steel quantity as the target to obtain the reasonable column spaces.The results show that the large suspension load should be imposed in the form of live load,the connections of column feet are fit of hinge supports and when the column space is about 8m,the steel quantity is the least.
