Analysis of Ground Surface Settlement Law by Shield Tunnelling in Hangzhou Metro

On the background of shield tunnel right line construction from Hongpu station to Jiubao station in Hangzhou Metro Line One,the settlement law of measuring points among the shield pushing course was analyzed by field measurement.The settlement process curves of measuring points were classified as four kinds.They were fitted through Boltzmann function,and the fitting effect proved to be very prominent.Settlement development possessed space-time characteristic.Before the shield incision arrived,the settlement of measuring points was small.As the shield crossing the measuring points,the settlement developing speed was fast.After the shield tail left some distance,the settlement rate of measuring points tended to be stabilized.In the period of shield tunnel construction,the effect of grouting at shield tail was very important to the reduction of settlement value when the shield crosses the measuring points.
