The Plight and Path Thinking of China's Low-Carbon Economy Development

There exist some realistic predicaments for the low carbon economy in China: it lacks a comprehensive plan for the development,it will take a log time for the industrial restructuring,the energy structure and development hav some bottlenecks.The low carbon economy has become the inevitable choice in China: the energy security issue is highlighting,the international community pressure is surging,the global trend gives the historic challenges and opportunities for the development of Chinese low carbon economy.There has a reality path of the low carbon economy in China: strategic planning,developping a new pattern of low-carbon economiy;optimizing the industrial structure to create the platform for the development of low-carbon economy;changing consumer attitudes to promote low-carbon life;developping the low-carbon technologies and promoting low-carbon economic development.
