The Separation and Integration of the Rational and Irrational Factors in the Management——The Philosophical Interpretation of the Evolution of Modern Management

The management is the ancient human practice.People's behavior and policy-making activity are made in the specific cultural value criterion and social movement system.Taylor's scientific management has realized the change from the tradition empiricism management to the rational scientific management,and founded the time in which rational factor occupies the leading role in the management.Mayow's Hawthorne experiment has discovered the vital role of human's the irrational factor,thus paved the way for the development of the irrational factors in the management.In the following hundred years,the appearance of the theory trends like "the jungle time",enterprise culture,study organization and knowledge management reveals the evolution from separation to integration of the rational and the irrational in the management.
