DOU Qian-bin;Anhui University;
In this paper,we explore the impact of classified supervision on the financial and social performance in village banks,combined with the current innovating practice of classified supervision on village bank through the construction of mathematical model and normative analysis.For the part of financial performance,the classified supervision can improve the village bank's financial performance in long term,but in the short term,the financial performance depends on the size of the positive effect and negative feedback effect.For the part of social performance,although the classified supervision can broaden the breadth of coverage that service "three rural issues" and micro businesses,but not necessarily be able to deepen the credit business coverage depth.The research conclusion is instructive to the supervision practice of village banks.
