Development and application of an acquisition and processing system of electrical resistivity of liquid metal

YU Jin,XU Wei,ZHANG Yan,HAO Wei,SHENG Lin,ZU Fang-qiu(School of Material Science and Engineering,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,China)  
The 2182 Nanovoltmeter and the Type K thermocouple are adopted to measure voltage and temperature respectively,the PF66M Digital Multimeter and the inverter are used to supply constant direct current,and then an automatic real-time acquisition and processing system of resistivity of liquid metal which varies with temperature is developed based on VB Language.The communication between the computer and the measuring equipment and the automatic acquisition and recording of metrical data are realized.The system is applied to measuring the PbSn61.9 alloy,which indicates that the system is of high accuracy and reliability,obviously improving the measuring quality and efficiency.
