The Exploration and Practice of Training Full-time Engineering Master Postgraduates in the Field of Material Engineering

Drawing up from four aspects,such as transforming of ideas,clearing position of training objectives,promoting the reform of enrollment mechanism,and implementing reform of training mode,the paper introduced the main approach in implementing the reform of full-time engineering master postgraduates' training mode in the field of Material Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology,and combined with its practice of implementing "five one-good's project",so as to explore an effective way of training full-time engineering master postgraduates.
