Teaching and learning is an activity of two aspects."Teaching"has leading characteristics while "learning" has following characteristics and it is possible to go beyond and be diversified.Intensive teaching practice needs teachers' concentration of their emotions and energy.It also needs their high responsibility and right teaching approaches.Only when the teachers regard their work as their life can they make a great achievement and create a harmonious society.In fact,the classroom is the seedbed.
