Reform of Practice Teaching in Engineering Practice Ability for Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty based on "Outstanding Engineers" Cultivation Philosophy

In this paper,the result of the reform in traditional teaching approach is studied based on the national "Outstanding Engineers" cultivation philosophy and combined with the specific circumstances of engineering practical teaching at this stage.The purpose of the reform is to raise the teaching quality and by reflection we have confirmed the approach is a good way to strengthen the students' practical ability.
