The Thought on the Construction of the Key Postgraduate's Course on the Base of Outcome-Based-Education Philosophy——Taking the Key Postgraduate's Course in Chemical Engineering and Technology for Example

The construction of the key postgraduate's course for academic degree is related to its orientation of training target.In this paper,the key postgraduate's course for academic degree in chemical engineering and technology was taken as an object to be investigated.After analyzing the structure of high lever talent including academic doctor and master,the current situation of the postgraduate's course and the recent employment situation of academic master in chemical engineering and technology,and on the base of outcome-based-education philosophy,the orientation of training target of academic master was concerned to the following factors,taking school orientate as starting point,discipline feature as standpoint,social needs as focus and recent employment of academic master as target.Taking all the aforementioned aspects into account,one key postgraduate's course for academic degree,quaternary,was established.
