Performance Evaluation Based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymer of BHb on Surface of Silica Graft by the Termination of Transfer Agent

Ning Zhengxin Su Liqiang(College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Qiqihar University,Heilongjiang Qiqihar 161006)  
The moleculary imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared by surface imprinted using Bovine hemoglobin.Acrylamide as the functional monomer,N,N`-methylene bisacrylamide as the crosslinker and silica modified of cause transfer termination agent as a carrier material.The experiment of adsorption and selective also showed that the imprinted polymer had higher adsorption efficiency and higher selectivity.
