Primary Study on the Bacteriostatic Effect and the Thrill of the Kids' Hand Washing

Objective: To observe the bacteriostatic effect and the thrill of the kids' hand washing. Method: Using the Oxford cup method to observe the antibacterial effect of the folium artemisiae argyi,clove,rhizoma smilacis glabrae and fructus kochiae. the folium artemisiae argyi,clove,rhizoma smilacis glabrae and fructus kochiae had three matching: 1∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1,2 ∶ 2 ∶ 1. 5 ∶ 1 and 6 ∶ 5 ∶ 2 ∶ 2 to observe the antibacterial effection. The male mice used the method of one body contrasting,the irritation tests were divided into single application test and sequential application tests. Results: the folium artemisiae argyi,clove,rhizoma smilacis glabrae and fructus kochiae had different control to the Staphylococcus aureus,E. coli pin. When the matching of the folium artemisiae argyi,clove,rhizoma smilacis glabrae and fructus kochiae was 2 ∶ 2 ∶ 1. 5 ∶ 1,it was best to bacteriostat. The skin of these male mice no red spot and swollen. Conclusion: When the matching of these was 2∶ 2∶ 1. 5 ∶ 1,it was best to bacteriostat and no irritation to the skin.
