Determination of 2, 4—Dichloro—5—fluorophanlethane by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)

Using 2, 4—dinitrochlorobenzene as internal standard and methanol —water (83∶17, v/v)as mobile phase, and with Shim-pack C18 packing, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been developedforthe analysis of a high content 2, 4—dichloro— 5—fluorophanlethane. The relative standard deviation(RSD) wasfound to be less than 0. 2%. The good linear relationship was obtainedas the introduction quantity of 2, 4 — dichloro — 5 — fluorophanlethane between 0. 5~5mg.
