The Preparation of Nanometer-ZnO by Solid State Reaction atRoom Temperature and Hot Decomposing

Yu Ping (Shanghai High School of Chemical Technology,Shanghai 200233)  
In this paper,the nanometerZnO is prepared by solid state reaction at room temperature and hot decomposing,in which two kings of different raw materials are selected.Methods of surface analysis such as XRD and TEM Characterize the products,it shows that the ZnO crystalline is in hexagonal structure and has uniform size distribution of 50nm.
