Study on Surface Modification of TiO_2 via in situ Polymerization

Titanium dioxide particles were treated by anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS).Then inorganic and organic particles of TiO2 were prepared via in-situ polymerization. At the same time, the composite particles were characterized in terms of IR and contact angles. Effect of polymerization conditions and mechanism of polymerization were mainly discussed in the text, too.
