Synthesis of A Medicinal Intermediate Acetazolamide

Application and future of acetazolamide at home and abroad are reviewed,2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiodiazole(AMT)and 2-acetylamino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(AMTD),important intermediates in synthesis of acetazolamide areprepared,synthesis conditions are optimized.This method is suitable for commercial production.
