Reaction mechanism for 11,1,2-tetrafluoroethane preparation is carried out through gas phase fluorination by hydrogen fluoride over chromium-magnesium fluorination catalysts with trichloroethylene as main materials and dynamics models are set up. According to the conditions above, a flow process is set up to test the equipment with two autoclaves. Output of 11,1,2- tetrafluoroethane reaches 96.48 kg/h when mass flow of hydrogen fluoride and trichloroethylene is at 60.86 kg/h and 97.54 kg/h.
