Improvement on Filtration Process for Acetone Cyanohydrin

Reasons for filter frequent block for the post-treatment of acetone cyanohydrin are analyzed. Through addition of heteropolyacid inhibitors, double boiler crystallization to greatly reduce the layer distribution between the filtering layers(mass fraction is controlled in the range of 1%～2%),pressure rises calmly with the increase of filtering time. It reduces the operation pressure of the filtering process, shifts of the filtering process to meet the requirements of the production.
