Catalytic Synthesis of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluoralkyl Acrylate in Self-pressure

1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluoralkyl acrylate was catalytic synthesis from Acrylic sylvite and perfluorine alkyl vinyl in selfpressure,.Under the reaction condition n(PFOEI):n(AAK):n(tert-amyl alcohol):n(PTC):n(inhibitor)=1:1.5:20:0.06:0.05 and 9 h of reaction time,the effect of solvent,PTC and reaction temperature to the productivity of ester and the effect of adding mixture solvent to post-treatment were studied.The results shows that optimum reaction conditions:reaction temperature 150 ℃,tert-amyl alcohol as reaction solvent,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as catalyst.Product yield of 60% and above under optimum condition.In order toreducing the loss of fluoro ester and improving the yield,mixed solvent could add during the post-treatment period.
