METHANOL SYNTHESIS FROM CO_2 IN SR/CERAMIC COMPOSITE MEMBRANE REACTOR (Ⅰ) INTRINSIC KINETICS

The intrinsic kinetics of methanol synthesis from CO 2 and H 2 was studied in a fixed bed differential reactor,under the conditions of reaction temperature of 200-250?℃, reaction pressure of 0.6-1.6?MPa, and feed composition of H 2 60%-75%, CO 2 15%-30%, CH 4 5%-10%. The reaction determining-step, model discrimination and model parameter estimation were proposed. The results of model simulation, which gave a good agreement with the experimental results, were obtained, showing that the hyperbole reaction kinetics model is workable.
