The Molecular Design and Optimization of Molecular Imprinted Polymers

LIU Min-min(Institute of Chemical Engineering,Xiangtan University,Xiangtan 411105,China)  
The principle and development of molecular imprinted technique as well as the designing principle of choosing template molecule,functional cross-linking and so on were generally described,meanwhile the application of molecular simulation in explaining the imprinting recognition mechanism and optimizing the imprinted system were briefly introduced.The molecular imprinted polymers as a method of affinity and high selectivity and high stability can expand more and more widely,and the foreground is more and more Spacious.
