Influence of entanglemant cutting equipment on propeller hydrodynamic performance

Regarding the propeller and entanglemant cutting equipment as a whole,this paper calculated the influence on the propeller hydrodynamic performance of propeller by MRF RANS equation.The results show that the influence on the open-water performance of propeller is within 2%;the farther the radial section distance from the axis of rotation is,the more obvious the influences on pressure of the blades are;the influence on pressure of the leading edge is the most obvious.In general,the influence on the cavitations and acoustic performance of propeller is small enough to be ignored.
