Harmonic analysis of output voltage in matrix converter based medium frequency power supply

Firstly,space vector modulation in matrix converter based medium frequency power supply is analyzed.On the basis of the sinusoidal pulse width modulation technique,the analytic equation of the equivalent switch function is derived.Secondly,by combing with the Fourier series derivation of tri-periodic variable function,the spectral characteristic of the equivalent switch function is obtained.Finally,according to the frequency domain convolution theorem,the spectral function of the output voltage is derived,and the harmonic characteristic of the matrix converter based medium frequency power supply is concluded.The analytic results agrees well with the results derived by the Fouriertransformation,which verify the correctness of the proposed method.
