Designing and experiment of composite emergency repair and strengthening methods for leakage of warship jet fuel pipelines

To deal with issues such as great difficulty in technology,high security risk and being lack of usability data in emergency repair and strengthening of warship jet fuel pipelines,the features of warship jet fuel pipelines,causes of leakage,and technical requirements of emergency repair and strengthening are analyzed.The methods of emergency repair and strengthening are designed.Then,an approach of selecting and optimizing a suitable resin system is proposed.The number of layers is calculated based on the strengthening requirement of circumferential stress and axial stress.Six leakage structure models of warship jet fuel pipelines are established and applied to emergency repair.The experiments of oil resistivity,tightness,strength and durability of pipelines show that these methods are practical,simple,safety and reliable,which resolve the difficulty in technology of emergency repair and strengthening of warship jet fuel.
