Numerical simulation of rock bolting and shot concrete support in mine roadway

Based on the geological investigation and physical-mechanical experiments of wall rock in Jianlinshan-60m level of Daye iron mine,the paper applies Flac 3D finite difference software to simulate the different rock bolting and shot concrete support systems determined by engineering analogy method.The results demonstrates that the combining support system of rock bolting and shot concrete is superior to the sole ones.It is more suitable for the support of rock contacting strip and soft interlayer.
