Fatigue strength analysis of the forge press frame

Forge press frame is an important part of the forge press.The reliability and safety of the frame has an important effect on the forge press.This paper analyzed conducted stress and calculated fatigue strength of the frame,the analysis and calculation of the frame verified by the theoy of fatigue strength again,which provided theoretical guide for safety production.The calculation method of fatigue strength presented in this paper can be used as a theoretical reference for the structure design and improvement of the forge press frame.
