The construction of flight operation control process based on flight delay

Flight delay is always one of the hot issues of the airlines,but flight delay is not only caused by business factors of airline itself,but also closely related to weather conditions and security level. At the same time,flight operation security is based on collaborative work between airlines,airport and ATC. In this paper,in order to analyze the causes of flight delay,various factors of delay,combined with the dispatch release sequence,were refined. Flight operation control process was simulated and flight operation flowchart was constructed. Taking the production practice of the airline operation as the input conditions,simulation of flight control flowis carried out by using the generalized stochastic Petri net. Flight punctuality rate was64%. Results showthat flight operation control flowdiagram accords with the actual operation of airlines,and the simulation results of punctuality rate are reliable.
