Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Rescue Flights in Complex Low-altitude Airspace

To fully master the situation of rescue flights in complex low- altitude airspace,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied. The main factors affecting rescue flights in complex low-altitude airspace such as efficiency,benefit,safety,technical measures,operation conditions and process specifications were considered,and evaluation index system was proposed. Analytic hierarchy process was applied in determining the weighs of indexes,and the comprehensive evaluation model was proposed. Setting a typical rescue flight as an example,a simulation test was performed. Test results show that the model is effective in evaluating rescue flights.
