Design of Vector Tracking Loop Based on Discriminator

The vector tracking loop algorithm based on discriminator is a tracking algorithm of keeping track of navigation satellites' pseudo random code and carrier. This tracking algorithm is suitable for weak signal environment. The vector tracking not only makes full use of internal coupling relationship between signal tracking and navigation mode calculating,but also uses the architectural style of combination of phase discriminator and frequency locked loop in each channel. It can finish signal tracking and navigation computation tasks in one step. Using this method,tracking feedback NCO input is produced by navigation filter and the internal loop filter. The experimental results show that the vector tracking loop algorithm based on discriminator has the ability of fast reacquisition signal. It is able to run under the environment of weak signal environment,and this structure also has smaller tracking errors than traditional method.
